Our restaurant is open daily from 6.30 pm to 9 pm.
We are happy to take your orders until 8 pm.

OPENING TIME
Open for the summer season from May 18, 2023 to October 22, 2023.
Open for the winter season from December 7, 2023 to April 1, 2024.
If you arrive by train, the taxi company Mitterdorfer will be happy to pick you up at Tassenbach station (Euro 15,- per trip). We request timely notification of your arrival time, if possible a few days in advance.
On THE DAY OF TRAVEL, the room is available from 2 p.m. If you arrive later than 8 p.m., please send a short message. If you want to move into the room earlier, please let us know, we will make every effort to fulfill your wishes.
On the DEPARTURE DAY we ask you to vacate your room by 10 am.
If the room is not occupied on the same day, a later release is also possible. Talk to the ladies at the reception.
The rooms shown in the brochure and on our homepage are examples of the respective room categories. Differences from the illustrations are possible, because there are different versions of each room type and each room has been individually furnished for yourself.
DEPOSIT / BILLING
To ensure your booking, we ask for a deposit of 20 of the total price. We recommend that the hotel bill be paid on the eve of departure, but also daily from 7.30 a.m.
Account payments are possible at any time. We accept VISA and Mastercard, but prefer payments in cash or by debit card (pin code).

Cancellations… can always occur. Please let us know as early as possible. We try to be cultish – but if the room remains vacant due to your short-term change, we are unfortunately forced to charge the following cancellation costs:
from 14 – 8 days before arrival 40% / from 7 – 2 days before arrival 80% / in case of non-arrival or early departure 100%.
