We offer taster courses and guided tours at Strasserwirt Nordic Walking. Anyone can join in, Nordic Walking poles are available at any time free of charge for rent. In Nordic Walking, 80 of the body muscles are stressed and, above all, tensions in the back and shoulder/neck area can be relieved.
