Fit and healthy with yoga

Through the breathing of yoga and its gentle movements, a deep communication with oneself takes place. The ancient yogis had a deep understanding of human nature and knew exactly what man needed to live in harmony with himself and his environment. In yoga, all the movements needed to maintain physical health are combined with breathing and meditation exercises. This creates a harmony of body, mind and soul.

Yoga positions train every part of the body, stretch and strengthen muscles and joints, the spine and the bone skeleton. They affect not only the external shape of the body, but also the internal organs, glands and nerves by keeping the whole system healthy. Solving physical and mental tensions, they awaken amazing energy reserves.

  • Start your day with yoga and welcome the sun.
Awaken your spirits and strengthen your immune system with vitalizing breathing and yoga exercises.
  • Afterwards, enjoy a healthy breakfast with fresh fruits, fruit, cereals and juices.
  • Activate your metabolism with walking in the great nature around the Strasserwirt. Breathing and attention exercises will bring you soothing relaxation.
  • You then start the afternoon completely relaxed – take time for yourself, read in the library, go for a walk or let yourself be pampered in the SPA after a sauna visit with a subsequent massage.
  • Finally, end the day with another yoga session.
  • Enjoy a light dinner in our restaurant or on the Strasserwirt terrace.

The goal is to develop an individual yoga practice in which agility, strength and balance are improved and a calm and clear mind is promoted. Yoga exercises, exercise in the fresh air and a vital ity-rich diet will bring you healthy through the winter.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of performance: for beginners who have not yet had contact with yoga, for all those who have practiced a little yoga over and over again, but also experienced participants, interesting, perhaps even unknown, from yoga can be Discover.

Rakesh Nanda was born in India into a family where yoga and Ayurveda have been practiced for generations. Since 1983, he has passed on various yogic relaxation techniques, which he inherited from his father and great-grandmother, in his courses and lectures.
