  • 8 am to 9.30 am: 1st Yoga class
    with Pranayama / Asanas / energetic meditation and relaxation followed by breakfast from the buffet
  • 5 pm to 6.30 pm: 2nd Yoga class
    from 6.30 pm light dinner in 4 courses

28th June 2019

Day 3: Friday

  • 8 am to 9.30 am: 1st Yoga class
    followed by breakfast from the buffet
  • 5 pm to 6.30 pm: 4th Yoga class
    from 6.30 pm light dinner in 6 courses

29th June 2019

Day 4: Saturday

  • 8 am to 9.30 am: 3rd Yoga class
    followed by breakfast from the buffet
  • 5 pm to 6.30 pm: 6th Yoga class
    from 7 pm special dinner in 4 courses

Rakesh Nanda from India

Yoga teacher and prana therapist – he comes from an Indian family with a great yoga and Ayurveda tradition and he was the 1st Yoga teacher in South Tyrol, with more than 30 years of teaching experience. Ayurveda massages and prana therapy are available on request during the Workshop.

Fit and healthy with Yoga

Through the yoga breathing and the gentle movements a deep communication with your body takes place. In the Yoga Workshop alle the physical movements will be combined with breathing and meditation exercises – for a harmony of body, mind and soul.

Yoga Asanas train every part of the body – they stretch and strengthen your muscles. This is very important for your internal organs, glands and nerves, not only for a external shape of the body. Keep the whole system healthy!

  • Start your day with Yoga and welcome the sun – with vitalizing breathing and yoga exercises!
  • Enjoy a healthy breakfast with fresh fruits, cereals and juices.

  • Start the afternoon relaxed and take time for yourself – read in the library, go for a walk or let yourself be pampered in the SPA area …
  • Finally, round off the day with another yoga session.
  • Enjoy a light dinner in our restaurant or on the Strasserwirt terrace.
OBJECTIVES OF THE WORKSHOP

The goal is to develop an individual yoga practice that improves agility, strength and balance and promotes a calm and clear mind. Yoga exercises, exercise in the fresh air and a nutrient-rich diet bring you healthy through the seasons.

FOR WHOM IS THE WORKSHOP SUITED

This workshop is suitable for all performance levels: for beginners, for those who have practiced a little bit of yoga again and again, but also experienced participants, you can discover interesting, maybe even unknown things from yoga.

RAKESH NANDA:

Rakesh Nanda was born in India in a family where yoga and Ayurveda have been practiced for generations. Since 1983, he has passed on various yogic relaxation techniques inherited from his father and great-grandmother in his courses and lectures.
