NEL NOSTRO GIARDINO DELLE VERDURE- & ERBE

Il nostro giardino è stato amorevolmente curato da giardino fata Margit per decenni.
Nuovi di zecca sono i nostri numerosi letti rialzati di grandi dimensioni: qui crescono molti
dei nostri ingredienti utilizzati come le patate al tartufo blu, la patata Oskar del Tirolo orientale, il rabarbaro, il sedano, i fagioli crudi,
Insalate asiatiche, fiori commestibili (un’intera aiuola enorme piena), erbe varie, zucca, zucchine, ecc.

I FRUTTETI ATTORNO ALLO STRASSERWIRT

Dai numerosi alberi di pere, prugne e mele, colombe di ribes e mirtilli rossi
e cespugli di sambuco intorno alla casa, produciamo deliziose marmellate, succhi e sciroppi.

TÈ ED INFUSI

Due tipi di tè della colazione a buffet sono prodotti direttamente nello Strasserwirt:
Strasserwirt’s Garden Herbs e Strasserwirt Forest & Meadow.

CARNI

Compriamo carne e salsicce esclusivamente da
